Parkland Geotechnical Consulting Limited (Parkland) is an engineering and environmental consulting firm, servicing Red Deer and Central Alberta since May 2000. Using experienced engineers and scientists, Parkland provides the following environmental consulting services:

* Phase 1 - Environmental Site Assessments (Historical Review and Site Inspection)
* Phase 2 - Environmental Site Assessments (Site Investigation, UST Assessments)
* Phase 3 - Environmental Site Assessments (Clean-up and Remediation)
* Environmental Planning, Consulting & Third Party Review
* Waste Management Services
* Sampling for Chemical Testing (soil, groundwater, asbestos)

Site assessment formats followed by Parkland are based on the Canadian Standards Association (CSA) and Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) and Alberta Petroleum Storage Tank (PST) guidelines. The assessment criteria used by Parkland include Canadian Council of Ministers of the Environment (CCME), Canadian Drinking Water Guidelines and other criteria published by Alberta Environment for specific cases or hazards such as landfills, underground storage tanks (UST's) and asbestos.
